This renovation reversed the position of the eating area. A stunning waterfall garden has been brought to the interior with a cantilevered bay window that accommodates the table. The garden can be enjoyed for all seasons, regardless of the weather.
An existing collection of ‘blue’ glass was integrated into the new kitchen with an impressive wood backsplash display wall. Demi-tall pantries and oven tower, mitigate the impact on the narrow (10 ft) room width and add an additional display area for continuing glass collections.
Simple white cabinets are set on a wood toe kick that blends with the floor. The effect is the cabinets appear to float. Granite countertop and matching backsplash continue the warm colours.
