The project. Renovation of a small kitchen and bathroom in an almost century-old house. The kitchen was a difficult space to work with because of its odd configuration with several doorways. The challenge with the bathroom was that although very small, we wanted a three-piece bathroom including a shower!
The team. Friedemann proposed excellent ideas regarding design while respecting our preferences. One of the aspects of Design First that appealed to us was that they take care of everything from start to finish. Design, selection of trades, proposed style and materials, right down to finishings. They gave us a detailed timeline, which was adhered to. The Design First team served as go-between in solving issues that arose, as expected during the project, in a timely and professional manner.
We were very satisfied with our experience with Friedemann and his team and are still enjoying our beautifully finished bathroom and kitchen after 5 years of extensive use.
