Initial Consultation The first one or two hour meeting will help us get acquainted with each other and us with your project. We will determine a scope of work required and sketch some design possibilities. After this meeting, we will provide a design mandate and fee proposal. We will need drawings:

Step 2 |
Design Mandate and Fee Proposal Using the information gathered from our initial meeting, we will itemize the work we will do for you. The payment terms are part of the proposal and will lead to the design contract. At this point, we can tailor the service provided to suit your individual requirements. It can range from preliminary design to construction drawings. |
Step 3 |
Design Contract Our design contracts are organized to provide our services in phases. Each phase builds your confidence in our work to move to the next phase. You will need additional team members for your project besides your architect and builder. We want to be on your team. |
