The entry to this home was crowded and awkward. Not enough storage, no place to sit and doors in the way.
As part of an overall renovation, the hallway was cleverly enlarged by removing some wall partitions and having a continuous floor to the kitchen.
A beautiful ‘furniture style’ cabinetry was fitted with hanging rods for coats, roll-outs for shoes and drawers for mitts and scarves, serving very well as a hall wardrobe.
Adjacent is a seat/ottoman from renowned designer Le Corbusier.
